FLIRTING SKILLS
We all flirt all the time. It is a natural part of communication.
Effective and appropriate flirting is about good "rapport"
skills.
Bill Thomason has designed a "Flirting Skills"
workshop that is fun and will give you chance to explore good communication in a
safe environment.
Bill says, "When companies started hiring seminar groups to do sexual
harassment seminars, they missed an important aspect of good communication. By focusing on what not to
do, they cause people to be overly self conscious. They had people walking
on eggshells in an atmosphere based in fear. While the rules are more
clear, that strategy can be a formula for disaster.
By focusing on good communication and having lots of fun doing it, people get
the chance to explore their own limitations, communication styles, and doubts in a
safe environment. You will learn how to find out where the limits and
boundaries are with people so that you will know what is appropriate.
Please do not confuse what will happen in this
workshop with a 'seduction.' The intention of the Flirting Skills workshop
is ecological and honoring of everyone involved.
