non-smoker is a decision. When you make a decision at a deep emotional
level, it changes your identity-level belief. Belief has the power to
overcome the effects of drugs and habitual patterns. People who are
smokers today tend to be hard core. It isn’t easy to be a smoker in a
world where it has such a negative view in society. That says something
about your ability to stick to your identity belief in the face of great
external resistance and contrary opinion. How wonderful! You can use
that to your benefit, can’t you?
I have read the
literature about the addictiveness of tobacco and my experience is that
people spend less than two hours and leave as non-smokers. They simply
to not smoke. They have re-focused on living life more fully. They
rarely have any withdrawal symptoms. If you belief you should have
them, it is possible that you will. But if tobacco is so addictive, why
do people stop cold turkey this way and never have symptoms? I help you
break old belief patterns. So, to answer your question, I don’t think
is necessary to use any drug. Your body will create the chemistry to
support your deep internal decision to be tobacco free as soon as you
