You will learn the most cutting edge skills for influence and persuasion on the planet.  This seminar is for you whether you are a manager, CEO/CFO of a major organization, or a small business person, in sales, negotiations, a doctor, nurse, teacher, professor, real estate, counselor, massage therapist, or just want to learn the secrets of the world's most successful people.

NLP has been called "the science of subjective reality."  It is said that experience has structure.  NLP will teach you a broader awareness of that structure and give you specific skills for how to use it in your own best interest and that of others.  Bill Thomason will be your primary trainer.  Bill teaches NLP with NLP and with patience, insight, and integrity.

You negotiate for everything you have and do in your life

This workshop is over 4 Wednesday week nights.  It is designed to give you basic skills to communicate more effectively in your personal and business life.  Most people see bargaining as a contest.  In this model of the world, there is always a winner and a loser.  

TOTAL-WIN is a mindset.  Along with this mindset, you will learn specific communication skills of top negotiators.  By modeling their successful strategies, you can learn to get what you want and more without "giving in" and without destroying the relationship with those involved.  Modeling (copying behavior) is how children learn and it the foundational technology upon which Neuro Linguistic Programming has evolved. 

You negotiate for most of things you have and do in life.  Even when you go out to dinner there is a communication that either gets you what you want or fails to get you what you want.  If you have children, you are in negotiation most of the time with them.  It is part of the way we test, establish, and maintain boundaries.  

The most effective negotiators are those who set out to achieve Total-Win outcomes.  They make sure everyone in the negotiation gets fully heard and they negotiate from a principled foundation.  Total-Win negotiators operate from the belief system that says everyone can walk away from the table satisfied.  Participants will have an opportunity to practice these learned skills through real- life examples
