Create Your Stake in the Ground
Is it time to energize the way your organization or department is motivated to achieve excellence? No matter how how long you have been in business or how many Mission Statement-type documents you have created a company needs to rekindle excitement, create change, and decide what you are up to in the world. Is the game you’ve been playing big enough to inspire the kind of discretionary effort necessary to achieve excellence and be the best?
Your visioning process is typically completed with a face-to-face team leader meeting and then a group meeting with key stake holders who will participate be accountable for the outcomes aligned upon. This is usually accomplished in one to three sessions.
Calling the Team to Greatness
Your group session is not a word-smithing exercise. As a team leader you are ultimately accountable for providing the direction necessary and what you decide will ultimately be aligned upon by the group. Your NLP Coach will guide you through the creative process in the team leader meeting and then facilitate a meeting to include team members and encourage balanced input. When people experience being fully heard and included, they tend to feel valued, make extraordinary contributions, and be fully accountable for what they have agree to take on. The goal is to allow people to be fully engaged.
Bodacious Goals
Exceptional companies are resoundingly those who set bodacious goals big enough to inspire people to put forth exceptional effort toward clearly defined outcomes that may have seemed unreasonable in the beginning of the process.
