No matter how well team members have integrated the skills and processes of High Performance, there are going to be occasional conflicts that people do not know how to get out of. After all, your team members are committed and passionate about something. People develope points of view and it is sometimes difficult to see beyond their own point perspective. When these disputes involve 2-4 people and cannot easily be dealt with through individual coaching, your NLP Coach can facilitate a Small Group Facilitation. This is an opportunity to entrain at a deeper level the basic lessons from other NLP Skills Training programs including Excellent Teams.
Untying the Knots
Small Group facilitation is usually recommended when disputes and conflicts cannot be easily resolved with the resources available to team members or within strategic alliances. Group facilitation is usually between two people and may occasionally involve up to four people.
Your NLP Skills Coach will apply skills for getting to the real issues. By identifying the internal resources that people are not aware they possess, solutions become a by-product of effective processes. Your NLP Skills Coach will entrain skills and practices to have participants communicating in a collaborative manner, moving past conflicts, and using skills that will prevent future difficulties. One of the primary outcomes of your NLP Skills Coach is to have participants solve their own problems in a way that they learn that they have abilities and skills of their own.
