We are indeed uniquely designed for and inclined toward speech. Every normal person learns at least one language in a very short period of time.  In Psychology, Noam Chomsky theorized that people come into the world with a LAD or Language Acquistion Device that genetically predisposes us to language. 

We Program the Unconscious Through the Conscious Mind
