Your Corporate Coaching Program starts with an evaluation of the dynamics and needs of your company. The rule-of-thumb is; whatever dynamics occur at the top of the organization are usually carried throughout the company. In the typical scenario, a one or two day seminar will help to align key personnel with the basic concepts consistent with an excellent, high performing, culture. I worked with a company led by one of the best CEO's I have ever encountered. He had a grasp of every area of his organization and knew the moment things were not going well. He had an almost 3-D model in his mind of the organization and how it operated, who his people were, their strenghts and weaknesses, and how the organizational chart flowed information to every part of the company to translate into ontime product.
