It Starts Here
1. Discover where are you now - Your NLP Business Consultant will take the time to meet with key partners and in order to elicit an understanding of your organisation, identify the root causes behind problem behaviors and processes. Part of this is rating how functional you are already.
2. Decide where you want to go - Set outcomes big enough inspire extraordinary discretionary effort. Three are 2 steps: 1. Visioning, 2 Create a Breakthrough statement for your group.
3. Explore the gap - Find out how far you are from achieving what you say you want.
4. Make a plan - This may be done with a single leader or as a group facilitation meeting. This process can be used to entrain team members in specific communication models and collaboration techniques and the plan will include clear benchmarking and exit criteria, and with who and by when.
5. Present a business case - Align on the action plan and champion the business case to sponsors. Get the go ahead.

Small Group Facilitations

Listening Skills
People like or dislike us due to our relative effectiveness at listening." Listening skills training includes the whole communication loop. Information (stimulation) comes in and we process that raw information to make sense of it. We then output information/communication.
