This is a list of programs and seminars that are available to facilitate your change

Business Programs:
- Success Coaching
- Individual coaching with your Success Coach; face-to-face meeting, on or off site, by
telephone or email. Minimum 4 hours.

- One to three creative strategy sessions with principals involved in setting a direction
that can inspire extraordinary achievement inside your organization.

- Culture Change, Advanced Communication Skills, Listening Skills, Selling, Customer
Service, Principled Negotiations seminars.

- Small Group Facilitations
- Sometimes you need outside facilitation to resolve conflicts. Small Group
Facilitations are usually interventions or skills integration sessions for groups of 2 to
4 people.
- High performance teams honor the talents and abilities of each team
member and create an open environment where ideas flow freely and
naturally. This is an intervention into how your teams operate.
It is the bedrock training that defines the scope and dimensions of the
cultural change work necessary within the organization. Collaboration
replaces "silo" thinking. Competition is replaced by
cooperation and a shared vision of new possibilities.
- Good sales people tend to be strong personalities. They are often
thrown toward the tendency to run their own agendas. Most sales
systems and sales training programs are hopelessly outdated and teach habits
that no longer work in today's marketplace. People just won't stand
for the techniques and manipulations of old selling styles. They need
personal attention to help them sort through the many choices that seem to
complicate life.

- We are all negotiating all the time for everything we have in life.
This program explores how you deal with conflict and includes specific
skills to help you get what you want and make sure others are being taken
care of in the process. Hard-ball negotiator techniques don't have a
chance of working against a skilled Principled Negotiator.

- Public seminar to improve eyesight. Utilizes belief system work, Neuro Linguistic
Patterning, Hypnosis, Bates Method concepts and exercises, Pranic Healing, and more.
Listening Skills
"People like or dislike us due to our relative effectiveness at
listening." Listening skills training includes the whole
communication loop. Information (stimulation) comes in and we process that
raw information to make sense of it. We then output
information/communication.
